Overview:

We are looking for a full-time permanent Business Development Representative to own the Salesfloor experience. In the role, you’ll be the first touch point on all inbound and trial leads coming through the website. We’re looking to bring on an organized, strategic and hungry sales development rep who’s excited about hitting quarterly pipeline targets and directly impacting overall revenue goals. Responsibilities: 

  • Qualifying inbound leads to create pipeline for Account Executives
  • Managing a pipeline where you will be responsible for generating meetings with C level executives through email, phone, linkedin.
  • Identifying and engaging ideal customers amongst trial users

Overview:

We are looking for a Director, Retail Services to manage key customers relationships and help drive success throughout each client’s experience using Salesfloor. Each Director of Retail Services acts as the liaison between Salesfloor and key client stakeholders. Responsibilities touch on managing projects and launching new features, recommending strategies to make Salesfloor successful for your client’s users, and partnering with decision-makers to resolve business challenges as they arise.

As a Director of Retail Services, you are in a position to make a significant impact on our business, as the single point of contact for Salesfloor’s relationships with our customers and building partnerships with some of the largest retail brands in the world. 

Key work areas / components of this role: 

Account management & customer success management (50%) 

  • Single point of contact for Salesfloor’s relationships with retailers 
  • Analyze performance reports 2-4 times per month with your clients.  
  • Ensure client action plans are executed to maximize sales and engagement 
  • Identify areas of improvement based on platform / retailer benchmarks. 
  • Develop best practices for client in accordance with desired use cases and ROI objectives. 
  • Deliver recurring support to project owners and quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders. 
  • Accountable for renewed contract terms and driving expansion of partnership. 

New client implementations and feature launches (25%) 

  • Quarterbacking the implementation for new retail partnerships
  • Partnering with a Technical Project Manager to establish project plans for implementations (new and existing client projects) 
  • Acting as a liaison between retailer cross-functional teams and Salesfloor’s resources (project manager, engineers, support team, etc) 
  • Providing retailers with best practices and recommendations for successful program or feature launches

Customer training and support (25%) 

  • Provide guidance to retailers as they execute support and training strategies related to Salesfloor. 
  • Track any issues related to software defects, usage metrics and/or training to consistently deliver a good customer experience on behalf of Salesfloor. 
  • Continuously develop new engagement strategies and materials to help associates and retailers maximize their program performance (i.e. contests, gamification, etc)  

About you: 

  • You have experience implementing customer-facing technology or software projects in a retail environment. 
  • You are a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of retail software and/or retail business; specifically store operations, employee engagement, e-commerce and omnichannel technology.
  • People enjoy working with you and are motivated through interacting with you. 
  • You have a sense of humor, strong desire to learn, and are a great communicator.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail technology, store operations or Account management (software business experience an asset i.e. you know what terms like UAT, QA and steps to reproduce mean)
  • 3+ year of project management experience (training implementation experience an asset)

Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the execution of feature development from conception to rollout by collaborating with UX, Dev, QA, Retail Services and Retailer teams to deliver impactful Product advancements to the Salesfloor platform.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and validate conceptual solutions for upcoming features, work with UX team members to produce wireframes and mockups and plan the execution of the feature
  • Write user stories and supporting documents needed by Engineering teams for development
  • Communicate the vision and objectives to the Engineering team and collaborate with them to prepare and define the work needed to schedule and execute the development work for upcoming sprints.
  • Attend Scrum ceremonies and be the go-to person to motivate, guide and unblock the team to ensure the delivery of the solution our Retailers and the business requires.
  • Champion the delivery and rollout of features by providing internal teams (Retail Services, Sales, Marketing, etc.) the tools they need (documentation, training, etc.) in order to maximize the impact of new feature development.
  • Follow up and monitor the impact of new features in the field in order to measure their success and propose and plan incremental improvements to move the needle.
  • Be the Product Expert for our Retailers to understand, analyze and propose solutions to their unique problems

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us in this mission, with a focus on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. Together with other members of the executive team, you will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • Experience leading a sales organization
  • Experience in selling saas software to enterprise accounts. 
  • Direct experience in retail vertical and retail technology stack preferable.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
  • Significant general management and P&L experience

The Role:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and hands-on Demand Generation Manager who possesses a strong capability to plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs aligned to business objectives. You will develop and execute innovative campaigns to increase visibility, drive MQLs, improve conversion rates and grow the sales pipeline. Additionally, you will measure, analyze and report upon campaign performance, pipeline targets, and continually optimize to increase ROI.

You are proficient in digital, content syndication, content generation, paid advertising management and email marketing, in addition to being well versed in digital marketing best practices. In-depth experience with a variety of MarTech tools, specifically marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce.

Description & Responsibilities

  • Build and execute inbound & outbound demand generation strategies to optimize funnel performance, to maximize revenue and build a pipeline of new prospects
  • Create and launch demand generation campaigns to drive engagement using a variety of methods including paid search, content syndication and email
  • Oversee growth of acquisition channels including SEO, SEM, Display, Social, email Marketing, ABM, and webinars
  • Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns; measure and report on their impact and create dashboards to keep all necessary stakeholders engaged 
  • Implement systematic A/B testing, make recommendations and consistently analyze strategy in order to ensure the most effective performance of channels in pursuit of our growth targets
  • Manage campaign budgets and balance campaign spending based on market dynamics and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage the demand generation campaign calendar
  • Continuously optimize lead scoring program
  • Optimize return on spend across all paid channels in use
  • Be passionate about the customer: understand the buyer journey to develop a client engagement strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Management and the Content Marketing Manager to define the specific pieces required to acquire and engage with prospects

Desired & Valuable Skills

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience in B2B software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, LinkedIn ads, and SEO
  • Direct experience working with a CRM, marketing automation software, landing page builders, and email service providers considered asset
  • Strong sense of market awareness; able to harmonize messages across channels and reach target audiences in various markets
  • Analytical abilities to both develop and interpret results against a KPI framework.
  • Editing and copywriting skills
  • People-oriented team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Genuine curiosity, data-driven decision-making approach
  • Strong self-motivation, ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize work
  • Experience with Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics a plus
