We are looking for a QA Automation Developer to own the Salesfloor experience. Salesfloor is currently a JavaScript-heavy SaaS application. If you are passionate about JavaScript-based test automation and open to learning new skills, this may be the right position for you. 

 

Role Requirements:

  • You have the following skills:
    • Proficient in JavaScript-based automation framework(s) (WebdriverIO or Protractor etc.)
    • 3+ years of experience with mobile testing – iOS or Android
    • Source code management tools such as Git/GitHub/BitBucket
    • Experience with quality management tools like JIRA and TestRail
    • Participate in quality assurance including metrics, applying industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process, system’s, and other efficiency improvements
    • Deep knowledge of software quality assurance and quality control processes and practices
    • Well versed in testing methodologies (mobile, system, functional, black vs. white box)
    • Plan, record, and participate in the software testing execution
    • Previous experience working in a software quality position using Agile Methodologies
    • Help evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
    • Participates in the investigation and resolution of complex issues
    • Detailed, Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Analyze platform data and create action plans to maximize sales and user engagement.

UX Design Lead

About the role:

Salesfloor is currently seeking a talented UX Design Lead to join our team and help us take Salesfloor to the next level. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing UX elements at all stages of the development cycle. From onboarding major retailers to product features and enhancements. Your number one goal is to ensure that Salesfloor’s products are easy to use, visually stunning, and highly engaging for our users. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product and development teams, and other internal stakeholders to build storyboards, proof-of-concept mockups, demos, and prototypes
  • Own the UX and design of our mobile and desktop applications

  • Produce user interface design elements to bring features and products to market
  • Conduct ongoing research of user interface development best practices
  • Conduct usability tests, task analyses, surveys, and focus groups
